Fred and Toody Cole performed in Portland based bands from 1967 to 2017.  During that fifty year span they were the ultimate through line for this town's rock, psych, punk, and country scenes. In Mississippi Records opinion, their cannon of songs is the best Portland has ever produced. Their band's included The Weeds, Zipper, King Bee, The Rats, The Range Rats, The Western Front, Dead Moon, Pierced Arrows, The Fred and Toody Duo and more. 

    Books have been written and dozens of records have been produced, but nuthin' beats the real deal live. 

    For this special event, Toody will perform songs from throughout their career, backed by Jenny Don't And The Spurs. A rare and special event. 

     Jenny Don't And The Spurs are Portland's premiere outlaw country / garage band. With three LP's, nine singles and one flexi disc postcard record released as well as hundreds of shows under their belt they've proved to be one of the harder working and most badass DIY bands in town. Their sound is pure fire. Members of the band have played in some of Portland's most important punk and country bands through the years. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. NOT TO BE MISSED.

    DJ Erin Yanke has been a stalwart of the Portland music scene for many years - playing in punk bands, DJing on the radio, documenting our town's music history, producing podcasts, printing zines and keeping the flame burning. She's secretly one of the most powerful forces driving our music scene and keeping it honest. A legend in her own right!
